County Roses Team v Bedfordshire Friendly

 

On Sunday 8th October 8 county girls played the annual friendly match v's Bedfordshire at Whittlebury golf club. They played the nine hole Wedgewood course the team consisted of Lottie Heaver, Emily Nunn, Jade Potter, Martha Petierse, Chelsey Sharp, Ellie Hortsed, Ellie Harmer and Captain for the day Caitlin Worth.

 

The team won 3-1

 

Lottie and Emily won  5-4

Jade and Ellie Horsted  won 3-2

Chelsey and Martha won 3-2

Caitlin and Ellie Harmer lost 1  

 

The last match was a great fight back from Caitlin and Ellie who were two down with two to play only for Caitlin's putt to lip out on the last which would have halved the match.

 

Caitlin was Captain for the day and delivered an excellent speach.
