This was the first ever new "Anglia Seniors League" match The course was in good condition considering recent weather. The day commenced with a friendly 9 holes greensome resulting in a 4-2 win. The afternoon consisted of 12 singles matches for the league result. Each game was played over the full 18 holes with the result based on holes up. With victories in 8 of the matches Northants were victors by 27 holes.
