Joe Witty (Northants County) was crowned NGL Boys Matchplay champion after beating Max Faulkner (Brampton Heath) 3&2 in the Final at Kettering GC.

In his morning semi-final, Witty defeated Northampton’s Ben Lavender, who had to settle for fourth place after he lost 4&2 to the other beaten semi-finalist Harry Oddy (Northants County) in the afternoon.

Ashleigh Critchley (Kettering) added the NGL Girls Matchplay title to the Strokeplay Championship she lifted earlier in the season after beating Hattie Billson (Northants County) 5&4 in the Final.

Katie Amos finished in third place after defeating fellow Northampton member Leah Ribano 4&2 in their afternoon match.
