County Seniors v Derbyshire

Match at Breadsall Priory Thursday 6th August.

The course was in magnificent condition and although the yardage card shows 6200 yards, because of the incredibly hilly terrain it plays more like 7200 yards!  As you can see the morning was not a great result but we showed a good recovery in the afternoon and were desperately waiting for the last result from Phil and George, which would have given us a win.  However, it was not to be, although all the fourballs reached the last two holes.  Derbyshire showed  their normal hospitality and great camaraderie was enjoyed, as well as good fare
