2018 Roses Spring Cup 

Saturday 26th May 2018 at Collingtree Park GC

The Spring Cup was held at Collingtree Golf Club & I would like to thank Collingtree for giving us courtesy of the course and for all of the help and cooperation we received on the day.

The original date for the Spring Cup had to be postponed due to weather conditions which had forced the course to close, however the date was rearranged and despite withdrawal from a few girls who could not make the new date, we had a good turn out and fantastic weather to match.

The fantastic weather led to some fairly high scoring from several of the girls, which produced a very close battle for 1st place, in the end it was Kettering’s Chelsey Sharp with 40 points who managed to take home The Spring Cup holding a 1 point lead from Emily Horsted & Shivani Kathikeyan both on 39 points, and who also finished in 2nd & 3rd places respectively.

The Gross winner was Ashleigh Critchley on 31 Gross points, followed by runner up Sophie Copson on 24 Gross points.

In the 9 hole competition Eleanor Hamilton took 1st position with 19 points, followed closely by Demi-Leigh Petruschke on 17 points. 3rd place went to Abbie Thompson on 16 points.
