Group Bookings

PLAY SAFE Stay Safe

• A Tee times will be allocated for your players that ensures the safety of staff and other golfers

• The maximum number of golfers in a group per tee time is 3 players.

• A minimum 10-minute interval is between tee times, for safety and ensures appropriate social

  distancing.

  Arrival and Waiting to Play

• Players should only arrive at the course 15 minutes before their tee time.

• Players should arrive changed for play and refrain from showering or changing in locker rooms.

• Toilets and wash-hand basins in locker rooms remain in use

• Face coverings must be worn in all indoor areas of the club/ facility, as well as the Pro’s Shop.

• Face masks must be worn going into the Clubhouse bar and can only be removed once you are

  seated at your table.

• Unfortunately, we no longer have a driving range area.

  Putting Green

• Can be used just before your tee time.

• Golfers to maintain appropriate social distancing on the putting greens

  Course Set-up

• All rakes and ball-retrievers have been removed.

• Open-top bins may be used on course, but players must not touch the bin or its contents

• Flagsticks must not be removed or touched

  Bar Facilities

• Social distancing always remains important with government guidelines.

• The bar will be open for outside table service after you finish your round

• Each group will be allocated a table for 11⁄2 hours

• Please remain seated in your groups and do not move chairs to join other tables as the area

  has been set up for social distancing.

• After your allocated time we need your group to vacate their table so we can sanitise for the

  next group.

• We cannot facilitate drinks from the bar before your round, but soft drinks and snacks are

  available from the Pro Shop.
