NGL Junior Championship will go ahead this year

Joseph Hyde (Kettering) and Baylie Pyke (Overstone) were crowned 2019 County Boys and Girls Champions.

Northampton GC have agreed and are working with the NGL to enable for a safe tournament and will host the Junior Championships on Monday the 17th of August this year.

This being a very unusual year, the competition is intended to be run providing that we can ensure the safety of all the players and officials.

This will mean that it is unlikely to be a major presentation at the end of the day and the winners will be notified and trophies etc will be awarded at an appropriate time.

DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID ISSUES THERE IS A HANDICAP PLAYING RESTRICTION OF A MAXIMUM OF 36 TO ENABLE US TO HOST THE COMPETITION THIS YEAR.
