Rushden win a very close match to lift the Intermediate League trophy

Rushden won the 2023 Intermediate League final against Kingsthorpe by only 1 point at Priors Hall GC. It was a very close match and the final score was 4.5 v 3.5. The first match was all square, the second match went in favour of Rushden, the third match was won by Kingsthorpe. Kingsthorpe also won the fifth and sixth games after Rushden went ahead in the fourth match, for Rushden to finally win the game by winning the last two matches. Well done to both teams.
