Haywood and Bisset win at the NGL Roses Autumn Cup

The Roses Autumn Cup was the junior girls' final event for the 2023 season.  Held at Staverton Park GC, under mostly sunny skies the girls all played with a wonderful competitive spirit and friendship. The winner of the Gross Trophy was Lila Bisset (see below), Northamptonshire County GC, with an impressive score of 70, and the winner of the Nett Trophy was Lucy Haywood (see above), Collingtree Park, with a very good score of 73.  

Chelsey Sharp, 2023 Girls Captain, handed over the reins to Lila Bisset.  Maliha Mirza has been appointed as the Girls vice Captain for 2024.  We wish them both a fun and successful season ahead.

A big thank you to the girls management team of Emma Bazeley, Diane Amos and Katie Amos.  They have all worked very hard to build the great junior girls section that we now have.
