Derek’s passion, motivation and tireless enthusiasm for nurturing young talent has never faltered across the 20 years plus he has been volunteering.

He has been a true inspiration and support for countless juniors across Northamptonshire. His ability to listen, communicate and connect with young players has made him an invaluable member of club, junior county organising and management teams.
