2025 Women's County Team Match week Player announcement

The Northamptonshire Ladies squad for County Match Week 2025(CMW) has been announced.

CMW will this year take place at Harewood Downs Golf Club in Buckinghamshire in the second week of June.
We have reduced the squad to 10 players this year for the five match schedule.

Northamptonshire County Golf Club provide half the squad (Olivia Holyoak-Church, Amy Nunn, Lottie Heaver and sisters Millie and Hattie Billson)
Peterborough Milton is the club of the two rookies (Maliha Mirza and Ellie-Mae Horstead), both of whom are from the junior ranks.
We have one player from each of Collingtree Park (Emily Cotton), Overstone Park (Baylie Pyle) and Kettering (Gracie Murray).

Team Captain Andrew Billson is very pleased with his squad. ‘Competition for places was tough this year and (despite a couple of noticeable absentees due to exam, injury and work commitments) was not straight forward’ he said.
‘We hope to go one better this year and beat Buckinghamshire in their own backyard to end the stranglehold they have had on the Midlands South region for the last 10 year, however we must also beware of the other 4 counties Warwickshire, Berkshire, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire who will also bring strong competition’.

We have a great talented squad, and despite the average age being around 21, we feel that if everyone performs to their potential we will present a serious challenge.
