Barney double for home club member

Luke Barney collect a couple of first prizes in team events on his home course at Overstone in the County Junior Team Championships.

In partnership with Cameron Reeves, Baylie Pyke and James Gardner, the 2015 County Boys Champion helped Overstone lift the Scottish Cup by four points from Northants County.

Barney also formed part of the Moulton College team that secured the qualifying spot for the English Schools Championship with Ben Jones and Stephen Field.

The Shoe & Leather Interclub team honours went to Kingsthorpe for the second successive year as Elijah Woodward, Daniel Blackmore and Owen Watts beat Peterborough Milton A by three points.
