• The purpose of these guidelines is to assist team managers / captains to make match Food and Beverages arrangement’s in line with NGL polices.

  • NGL Board of directors will agree a budget for county matches at the start of each season and circulate this to all team managers / captains.

  • This budget will be per player inclusive of non-playing manager / captain and visiting county official’s. 

  • Team managers or captains have flexibility to make suitable F&B arrangement’s in accordance with their teams requirements. 

  • The team F&B budget includes the purchase of all soft drinks for on course / hotel & club consumption.

  • Purchase of alcohol.

  • Under 18 years not permitted alcohol.

  • The team captain / manager have at their discretion can provide alcoholic drinks for team meal suggest a 2 pint rule.

  • Team managers / captains should check and agree invoice details / cost with the club, if possible ask for a copy before departing.

  • Notify the county treasurer of the amounts so he can authorise / pay invoice without delay.

If any unforeseen circumstances regarding budgetary limits are encountered contact the Teams Director or County Treasurer immediately.
